Published on March 8, 2024: Howdy WordPress enthusiasts! We’re thrilled to share that WPGIZ has been selected as an official media partner for WordCamp Europe 2024! This marks the second consecutive year we’ve been chosen by the WordCamp Europe (WCEU) team.
WordCamps are community-organized events by and for WordPress enthusiasts around the world. From general users to industry professionals, all types of stakeholders gather and discuss everything on WordPress, share ideas, and get to know each other. The community consists of organizers, volunteers, speakers, sponsors, media partners, and more.
WordCamp Europe is one of the biggest WordPress events in the world. Each year, the conference is hosted in a different European city. The 2024 edition takes place in Torino, Italy from 13 to 15 June 2024.
WPGIZ is all about WordPress. This allows us to spread the knowledge on WordPress and its philosophy. We strongly believe that WordPress has a huge impact on the modern world and how we live our lives. Entrepreneurs, developers, businesses, and users of almost every level can benefit from this platform.
WordPress powers over 43% of websites all over the web, making it the largest of all CMSs. It’s free, open-source, and also much more than that. WordCamps offer us the opportunity to come together, discuss, and learn more about WordPress. It also gives us a chance to meet with other WordPress enthusiasts.
What does this partnership mean for WPGIZ?
At WPGIZ, we strive to make WordPress knowledge available for all. We create tutorials, resources, and helpful guides to enlighten and engage everyone interested in WordPress. We believe that learning about WordPress will enable people to unlock the greater potential of the platform. This will not only be beneficial for individuals but also for the community as a whole.
WordCamp Europe 2024 has a total of 14 media partners. WPGIZ is a media partner for the 2nd year in a row of WCEU. This will further help us spread the spirit and knowledge of WordPress.
