In the Price settings, you get a number of options. You can choose the wholesale price text for product and listing pages. The option to hide retail price and wholesale price can also be found in this section.

• Wholesale price text for product page: This text is shown immediately before the wholesale price on the product single page.
• Wholesale price text for product listing page: This text is shown immediately before the wholesale price on the product listing page.
• Wholesale price on product listing page: This allows you to select whether you want to display wholesale price range, minimum price range, or maximum price range on the product listing page.
• Hide Retail Price: If you enable this option, then the regular price will be hidden if the wholesale price is visible.
• Hide Wholesale Price: Enabling this option will hide the wholesale price in the price column and product listing page.
• Show Login to view price on the Product Listing Page: If you only want your registered users to view the price on the product listing page you can enable this option. In order to view the price on the product listing page, users need to login.
• Show Login to view price on Single Product Page: It’s like the previous feature, but in this case, users need to login in order to view the price on the single product page.

As you can see, the price display settings is really simple. With the given settings, you can choose how you want to display prices on your product listing, or single product page.

Dynamic rules

In a wholesale or a B2B site, you’d want to setup multiple prices for the number of products purchased. You might also want to provide discount if some specific conditions are met. For example, if a customer purchases $500 worth of products, he’ll get %5 discount.

Now WholesaleX gives you the options to setup dynamic rules for your shop. You can access dynamic rules from settings. Again, you can also create dynamic rules by going to WholesaleX > Dynamic rules from your WordPress dashboard. First, let’s take a look at some of the dynamic rules settings WholesaleX provides you with.

• Product discount: In this section you can choose how you want to display the product discount. If you click on the first checkbox, the product discount promotional texts will be displayed on single product pages.

• Cart Discounts: Here you can choose to display the cart discount promotional text on the single product pages. You can also choose to display the label, and also customize the text of the label.
• Payment Method Discounts: When creating or managing user roles, you can set different payment methods for each. You can choose to display the payment method promotional texts on the single product page from here.
• Free Shipping: If there’s free shipping benefit you can choose to display free shipping texts on single product pages.

• Buy X Get Y: If a user buys a certain amount of product they will get another product for free, or a discount. You can display this promotional text on the single product pages from here.

• Maximum and minimum order quantity: It’s normal for a B2B or wholesale site to display the maximum and minimum order quantity for a product. If you want to display this text, you can customize that display option from here.

• Conditions: There could be several dynamic discount conditions on your site. From this settings, you can choose to display the discount condition text, cart total value minimum text, cart total value maximum text, cart total quantity minimum and maximum text, etc.

There are a few more options here. But basically, from this section you can choose to display different dynamic rules texts on the single product pages and some other sections.

Well, those were just display options for dynamic rules. What about setting up dynamic rules for your shop? Well, to do that, we can go to WholesaleX > Dynamic Rules section from your WordPress dashboard.

Here we can click on the “Create Dynamic Rule” button and create any sort of rule we wish. We will be given the option to name the rule, choose rule type (product discount, cart discount, payment method discount, tax rule, shipping rule, minimum/maximum order quantity, etc.), user role (upon which user group this discount will be applied to), and product filter (rule applicable to which product or category.).

Depending on the rule we choose, we will be given some options. For example, we chose the quantity based discount. After selecting the rule, we got 3 options: Quantity based discount, Conditions, and Date & Limit Rule.

Now we can easily setup the quantity minimum amount, and the discount. This is an easy and fast way to setup dynamic discount rules for your wholesale customers. We can also choose other rule types such as extra charges, restrict product visibility, etc. Then we can also setup different rules for those settings as well. Nice isn’t it?

Form Builder

When we’re working with WordPress, we need to create forms for various purposes. There are several form-building plugins for WordPress. But installing more plugins will put more pressure on your WordPress site even if it is a teeny tiny bit. And for a wholesale site, you need at least a registration form and a billing form. For this reason, WholesaleX comes with its own Form Builder.

If you want to create a registration form for your new users, WholesaleX has all those features. The form builder also has an option where you can exclude fields for certain user roles. The wallet management is accessible for any user from their WholeSaleX dashboard. Here they can add funds and manage their wallet.
